2023-2024 FLU VACCINE INFORMATION

Bayside Family & Sports Medicine is holding flu clinics on the following dates: September 19, 27, 29 and October 3-4 from 1:00-4:00 PM.

Vaccines will also be available during your appointments, just ask your provider or medical assistant while you are here.

Please be aware our vaccines are for ages 6 months of age and older, please call 231-439-5100 to set up an appointment for our Flu Clinics. We look forward to continuing to care for your health.
