Lisa Hoffman has been an active, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1999. She received her certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 1996, and completed her Masters Degree in Nursing from Michigan State University in 1999.  Her family practice services include: individual patient care, diabetic education and self-management, well child care, sports physicals, and women's health care. She performs CDL screenings as a member of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. 


Lisa was born and raised in the Petoskey area, but currently calls Harbor Springs home. She enjoys spending time with her family while camping, hiking, and skiing. She is also an avid  Spartan fan and never misses an opportunity to cheer them on! 


Todd Decker is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.  He received his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan, and later completed his medical degree with Wayne State University.  Following this achievement he moved to Witchita, KS to complete his Family Medicine residency with University of Kansas School of Medicine.  He was awarded the McLaren Northern Michigan "Guardian Angel Award" (2014).


In 2002 he and his family moved to Petoskey.  He enjoys various aspects of Northern Michigan life with his family; including running/biking the local trails, skiing, playing hockey, and watching his kids play sports. 


Dr. Decker provides guidance to help his patients and their families achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. These vary from weight loss assistance, to smoking/alcohol cessation and active lifestyle coaching.

Todd Sheperd is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine, with additional certification in Primary Care Sports Medicine.  He received his undergraduate degree (B.S.Biochemistry) from Northern Michigan University. He completed his medical degree at the University of Michigan, and completed his Family Medicine Residency with University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.


His Family Medicine and Primary Sports Medicine interests include: evidence-based rehabilitation medicine, ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal treatments, as well as tobacco abuse prevention and cessation. He also heads up our concussion prevention and treatment services.


Dr. Sheperd enjoys cycling and is an avid hockey player. He also enjoys sailing the local waterways with his family and 2 dogs; Wasabi and Ginger.  He also volunteers with the local sports teams and is an active member of the United States ski team physician pool.
