When You Arrive For Your Appointment
Masks in the Office
Masks are now optional while in this office.
- If you choose to wear one, they are provided.
- If you are experiencing cold, flu or allergy symptoms, then you are required to wear a mask.
- If you choose not to wear a mask when ill, we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.

- If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time.
Late Policy
- If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Please arrive on time!
